KREMNA KORENČKOVA JUHA S PARADIŽNIKI

 

Za 1 porcijo:

 15 g                            ČEBULA sesekljana                                     = 5,2 mg Phe

15 g                            PARADIŽNIK olupljen, sesekljan  =  3,6 mg Phe

90 g                            KORENJE nastrgano                        = 27,9 mg Phe

  7 g                            BECEL margarina                             =   0

20 g                            SLADKA SMETANA                      =  24,0 mg Phe

10 g                            Hammer Muhle testenine za juho      =     3,0 mg Phe

½                                čajne žličke Knorr kokošje kocke      =     1,0 mg Phe

                                   Sol po okusu, voda

 

1 porcija = 64,7 mg Phe

 Postopek:

Na margarini prepražimo čebulo, dodamo vse sestavine in kuhamo. Preden je dokončno kuhano vse skupaj dobro zmiksamo ter dodamo še smetano in testenine.
